Offerings

  • Shardaé is a yoga teacher who seeks to hold space for you to be and to breathe.

Throughout the practice, each inhalation and exhalation becomes an offering of ourselves to divine play—an invitation to wander through our inner worlds with curiosity, compassion, and courage.

Yoga with Shardaé is an exploration of sensation, subtlety, and self-awareness. Her classes support a softening into presence, a deepening of connection with the body, and a steady attunement to the wisdom that rises from within—creating a felt sense of spaciousness that lingers long after the practice ends.

Warm, soul-led, and deeply embodied, Shardaé guides Mandala, Vinyasa, and Yin with intention and care—honouring both the physical journey and the inner landscape it reveals.

Practice with Shardaé in community, at home, or online.

  • “The taste of nectar cannot be described to one who has never tasted it. The word sweet cannot explain the sweetness. Only tasting brings understanding.” And so it is with sound meditation.

Shardaé is in awe of the possibilities of sound and the potency held within her Crystal Tones Alchemy Singing Bowls. These instruments call you into a state of sensory pleasure, inner wholeness, and alignment.

Come experience what cannot truly be described—sound that is felt, lived, and understood from within.
